Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Operations to lead and support a portfolio of hotels. This role is responsible for overseeing operational excellence, developing leadership talent, and ensuring financial performance across assigned properties. This role will be based in North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and onboarding of new General Managers, including mentoring and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and create action plans for direct reports.
  • Monitor hotel operations to identify and resolve challenges promptly.
  • Support strategic planning, including long-term operational and capital expenditure plans.
  • Ensure robust training, development, and associate engagement programs are in place.
  • Analyze financial and guest satisfaction metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct asset evaluations and quality audits to safeguard owner investments.
  • Provide HR guidance and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Foster a high-performance culture and support succession planning.
  • Maintain consistent adherence to brand standards and Concord policies.
  • Prepare and deliver reports for corporate and ownership groups.
  • Actively participate in company-sponsored programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hotel operations leadership, preferably multi-property management and in select service.
  • Previous Marriott experience is required.
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly across assigned region.
