We are working with a client near Wake Forest, NC to find a Senior Operations Manager with at least 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing, logistics, operations, or technical services, formal PMP or Six Sigma training, exposure to regulated environments, (i.e. R2v3, NAID, ISO standards) and the ability to drive operational improvements. Manufacturing is required. Main Responsibilities include: Lead and execute operational projects. Work with the VP Of Operations to oversee the floor, drive production and manage vendors. Translate program requirements into structured, trackable workflows that move seamlessly through receiving, processing, refurbishment, quality control, data destruction, and final disposition. Ensuring materials, services, and deliverables are aligned to meet operational timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, and have oversight over compliance. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance workflow efficiency and execution. Identify waste, inefficiencies, and process gaps across internal operations and vendor-supported processes, implementing standards to improve efficiencies. Ensure all processes and documentation support audit readiness for NAID, R2v3, ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards.
