Position Summary

The Director of Customer Care provides strategic leadership for retail sales, business sales, operator services, and customer support operations. This role is responsible for developing and executing customer care and sales strategies that drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen Union Wireless's market position.
