We are currently searching for a Director of Programs and Operations, based out of our San Rafael office.

What you will be doing:

  • Overseeing all aspects of service delivery in Marin County, while being responsible for the development of new programs responding to identified client and organizational needs.
  • As part of the leadership team, participating in decisions relating to the overall strategy and growth of the organization, including attendance at Board of Directors meetings as needed.
  • Representing Lifehouse on the Service Provider Advisory Committee, and taking part in negotiating program Purchase of Services Rates with regional center partners.
  • Supporting in the implementation / training of Person-Centered Thinking (PCT) Principles throughout the organization with the Director of Training and Quality Assurance.
  • Providing oversight of annual budget and continual fiscal oversight, including monthly timesheet and billing approval process, while reducing excessive use of overtime and double-time.
  • Developing and implementing program policies and procedures benefiting both staff and clients (or future clients) through a lens of Person Centered Philosophy.

Pay: Up to $142,000.00 annually as commensurate with skills and experience.
