Job Summary:
Feastables is on a mission to create the world's most engaging brand in the CPG industry, leveraging the influence of MrBeast to transform consumer trust. The Director of Program Management will lead product commercialization initiatives, ensuring timely and high-standard launches of new products while driving cross-functional coordination and building scalable systems to support growth.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end product commercialization across all new SKUs, innovations, renovations, and limited-time offerings from kickoff through launch
• Drive cross-functional coordination across supply chain, design, sales, commercial, brand, r&d and finance teams, as well as external partners
• Lead Program management team including development, training and performance management of team members
• Oversee packaging execution, including domestic and international packaging development, design approvals, and regulatory compliance
• Manage display programs and store merchandising initiatives from planning through in-market execution
• Identify risks, flag blockers early, and drive resolution to maintain timelines and launch readiness
• Own communication across projects, including updates to cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership
• Build and standardize processes, tools, and workflows to improve execution efficiency and project visibility
• Optimize cross-functional meeting structure and operating cadence to support scalable execution
