We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations and support a strong culture of quality care in a skilled nursing setting in Topeka, KS. This opportunity is ideal for a Director of Nursing who values leadership, team development, and delivering exceptional outcomes for residents and staff alike.

What You'll Do:
• Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing operations and clinical services
• Mentor, develop, and support nursing leaders and frontline clinical teams
• Drive quality outcomes, regulatory readiness, and compliance initiatives
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care and satisfaction
• Lead staffing strategies, scheduling oversight, and retention efforts
• Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement process improvements

What We're Looking For:
