JM Test Systems is lookingfor an experienced, growth-minded Rental Director to lead the strategy,performance, and expansion of our entire rental business across theorganization. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone whowants to do more than manage an established operation. The Rental Director willhave the opportunity to shape and grow a key part of JM Test Systems' business,expanding our rental capabilities, market presence, fleet, and customer reach.You will have ownership of rental growth and profitability while bringingtogether strategy, fleet management, operations, people, technology, andcustomer demand to build a scalable and high-performing rental business.

What You'll Do
  • Own andexecute the strategy for JM Test Systems' overall rental growth,profitability, and market expansion.
  • Identifynew markets, customers, equipment needs, and opportunities to expand therental service line.
  • Leadrental operations across multiple locations, creating scalable andconsistent processes that support continued growth.
  • Overseefleet strategy, utilization, procurement, maintenance, and lifecyclemanagement to maximize asset ROI and equipment availability.
  • Establishand monitor KPIs including revenue, profitability, fleet utilization,availability, downtime, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build,lead, and develop a high-performing rental team with clear expectationsand accountability.
  • Strengthencustomer relationships and develop strategies that drive retention, repeatbusiness, and new opportunities.
  • Partnerwith Sales, Operations, Finance, and leadership to ensure rental strategysupports JM Test Systems' broader business goals.
  • Leveragetechnology, data, and market insights to improve decision-making andcontinuously identify opportunities for growth and operationalimprovement.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor'sdegree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or a relatedfield; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+years of rental industry experience, including at least 5 years in aleadership or management role.
  • Provensuccess growing and scaling a rental business or service line.
  • Experiencemanaging a technical or industrial equipment fleet, including utilization,inventory, maintenance, lifecycle costs, and downtime.
  • Strongunderstanding of rental pricing, asset ROI, capital planning, andfinancial performance.
  • Experienceleading multi-location rental operations strongly preferred.
  • Provenability to identify and execute market expansion and revenue growthopportunities.
  • Strongfinancial and analytical skills with experience managing budgets,forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Experienceleveraging rental management technology, ERP systems, and data analytics.
  • Provenability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
