About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Product Manager to lead the growth and success of our Water Technologies product portfolio. This role is responsible for developing product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and leading a team of product professionals to deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving customer and market needs.
As a leader within the organization, you will coach and develop direct reports while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain, you will align cross-functional teams around a shared product vision and ensure REHAU continues to deliver industry-leading solutions.
Success in this role comes from balancing strategic thinking, commercial insight, technical knowledge, and leadership to drive profitable growth and strengthen REHAU's position in the Water Technologies market.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
  • Develop and execute product strategies that support business growth, profitability, and long-term market success.
  • Manage products throughout their lifecycle, including market analysis, pricing, product enhancements, product launches, and end-of-life planning.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop product roadmaps, business cases, and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to successfully develop, launch, and support products.
  • Monitor product performance, profitability, market share, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Product Management professionals.
  • Establish clear goals, provide regular performance feedback, and support career development planning.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and market within the organization.
  • Collaborate with commercial, technical, and operational teams to align product strategy with business objectives.
  • Support strategic planning, portfolio reviews, and executive presentations.
  • Represent REHAU at customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and technical conferences.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Seven or more years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Technical Sales, or a related commercial role.
  • Minimum of three years of people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Experience within manufacturing, plumbing, water infrastructure, hydronics, building products, or related industries.
  • Strong business acumen with experience developing product strategies and managing product portfolios.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced technical degree.
  • Experience leading Product Managers or Product Specialists.
  • Knowledge of plumbing, hydronic, municipal water, or polymer piping systems.
  • Experience launching new products within manufacturing or construction-related industries.
