Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Director of Product to lead Streamline into an AI-first future. This leader will combine deep short-term rental domain expertise with hands-on AI product leadership and strong technical depth across platforms and integrations.

You will lead a team of product managers and work closely with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to evolve Streamline into the most connected and intelligent operating system for professional property managers.

The ideal candidate has shipped AI-native products, rapidly prototyped with modern AI tools, integrated AI into complex legacy platforms, and evolved product organizations toward faster, experimentation-driven operating models. This role requires a builder mindset, strong executive communication, and the ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into meaningful customer and business outcomes.

What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

AI-First Product Strategy & Execution

  • Own the Streamline product vision and roadmap grounded in an AI-first strategy
  • Embed AI and automation into core product thinking across workflows, insights, and user experiences
  • Design and launch AI-powered capabilities including intelligent automation, predictive insights, and workflow optimization
  • Lead prototype-first discovery using modern AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, LLM platforms) and rapid experimentation
  • Ensure strong AI product lifecycle practices including evaluations, feedback loops, and model iteration

Platform & Integration Leadership

  • Define and evolve Streamline’s platform architecture with focus on scalability, reliability, and extensibility
  • Own the integrations strategy across OTAs, distribution partners, fintech providers, smart home platforms, and ecosystem partners
  • Translate complex business needs into technical product requirements and system-level designs
  • Lead build vs. buy decisions and technical evaluation of third-party platforms and APIs
  • Partner with engineering on technical tradeoffs, architecture decisions, and delivery planning

Team Leadership & AI Transformation

  • Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing product team across core platform, integrations, automation, and AI initiatives
  • Coach PMs on AI-first product management: rapid prototyping, AI-driven discovery, and automation-led thinking
  • Drive adoption of AI copilots and agents across product, design, and operational workflows
  • Build AI literacy across the product organization with best practices for responsible and effective AI usage
  • Establish clear product frameworks, rituals, and scalable onboarding to elevate team effectiveness

Operational Excellence & GTM Partnership

  • Lead evolution of the product operating model toward faster, AI-driven iteration cycles
  • Define and implement KPIs and OKRs aligned to business outcomes, product adoption, and AI transformation goals
  • Partner with GTM teams to shape positioning, packaging, and adoption strategies for AI-powered capabilities
  • Engage directly with key customers and partners to validate needs and shape roadmap priorities

What We're Looking For (Minimum qualifications)

  • 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years leading product teams
  • Strong short-term rental, hospitality tech, or vertical SaaS domain experience
  • Track record modernizing legacy or operationally heavy platforms with automation and intelligence
  • Experience building, mentoring, and elevating product teams across mixed experience levels
  • Demonstrated success by reducing cycle times or increasing shipping velocity through AI-assisted workflows across a product org
  • Strong technical product background building complex SaaS platforms
  • Deep experience with APIs, integrations, and platform ecosystems
  • Understanding of data platforms, event-driven systems, and scalable SaaS infrastructure
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering on architecture and system design decisions
  • Experience integrating AI capabilities into legacy platforms or complex ecosystems
  • Proven experience defining and executing AI-first product strategies
  • Hands-on experience rapidly prototyping with modern AI development tools (Cursor, Copilot, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of the AI product lifecycle: evaluations, feedback loops, model iteration, and responsible deployment
  • Experience launching AI-powered products or intelligent automation features into production
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs, prompt engineering patterns, or RAG architecture
  • Experience building internal tooling or evaluation frameworks for AI-powered product development
  • Track record driving adoption of AI copilots or AI-assisted workflows across product organizations
  • Experience with modern product and AI tooling ecosystems including Aha, JIRA, Asana, Pendo, and Figma
  • Hands-on experience with Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, and leading LLM platforms
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data-informed decisions
