A well-established skilled nursing facility in the Rochester area is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations and oversee the nursing department. This role is ideal for a strong long-term care nurse leader who values quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and building a stable, supported nursing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership and direction for all nursing services within the facility

  • Ensure compliance with NY DOH, CMS, and federal regulations
