The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-impact Director of Strategic Operations - a hands-on operational leader who will serve as a force multiplier for our executive team as we scale the business with greater discipline and predictability.


This is an operational execution role for someone who thrives in the field, gets their hands dirty, and brings the rigor of a professional services operator to a high-growth, asset-heavy environment. You will work alongside the CEO and leadership team to sharpen our operating rhythm, improve visibility into performance, and drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion.

What You Will Drive

  • Assess, strengthen, and own core data systems - clean input, clear ownership, reliable output
  • Partner with the CFO to develop consistent monthly/quarterly reporting and weekly rolling forecasts
  • Own all materials and analytics for board and PE partner communications -serve as the primary interface
  • Act as a strategic force multiplier for the leadership team- translating CEO strategy into cross-functional execution and driving accountability on priorities
  • Run and continuously improve the company's operating cadence: weekly huddles, monthly reviews, project tracking, and KPI dashboards
  • Protect leadership focus during periods of change, growth, and exit planning by fielding and filtering PE requests
  • Lead preparation of diligence-ready exit packages and support future M&A activity and new location underwriting
  • Spend meaningful time in the field to build credibility with operations and stay close to the realities of the business


Impact: You will be the single point of truth for data, strategy execution, and board/PE communications - keeping the entire leadership team focused on running and improving the business.


What We Are Looking For

  • Proven operational leader with experience in asset-heavy, multi-site service businesses- you understand the rhythm of field operations
  • Strong operational judgment and the ability to build credibility fast- with both the executive team and frontline operators
  • Track record of driving process, discipline, and accountability without adding bureaucracy or slowing the business down
  • Comfortable owning financial reporting, KPI development, and data infrastructure alongside operational execution
  • Experience supporting PE-backed companies through growth, exit preparation, or M&A is a strong plus
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves- this is a high-visibility, high-output role where execution matters as much as strategy
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
