Department: Clinic/Practice Operations

Schedule: Full Time

Facility: Prime Healthcare St Francis Hospital

Location: Evanston, IL

Responsibilities

The Practice Manager is responsible for providing leadership and administrative management to practice operations. This position includes office-level leadership though planning, developing, and organizing the workflow; directing and evaluating the activities of the practice and of each staff member, managing the financial performance of the practice and promoting the practice within Medical Group, as well as the greater medical community. The Practice Manager is expected to have a working knowledge of all aspects of the clinical operations and be able to fill in when staffing needs demand, with consideration to any licensing requirements.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business or related field or a minimum of five years Healthcare leadership/management experience is required. 2. Medical Group experience preferred.
