Operational Excellence

  • Ensure execution of Chick-fil-A standards in food safety and hospitality.
  • Analyze operational data to improve quality and profitability.

Team Development

  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes.
  • Develop training programs to enhance the operational skills of the team.

Financial & Strategic Planning

  • Partner with the local Owner/Operator to set and achieve financial goals.
  • Monitor labor and food costs, and other key performance indicators.
  • Forecast staffing needs and manage scheduling for productivity.

Customer Experience

  • Set the standard for exceptional customer service.
  • Respond to customer feedback with empathy and urgency.
  • Identify ways to continuously improve customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Preferred Chick-fil-A leadership experience or 3-5 years in multi-unit/high-volume restaurant leadership.
  • Proven track record of developing teams and improving outcomes.
  • Passionate about servant leadership and developing others.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of restaurant financials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven: constantly takes initiative and solve problems.
