What We're Looking For

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Behavioral Health, Management, or a related field.

✔️ 5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.

✔️ 3+ years of behavioral health, psychiatric, crisis stabilization, or acute healthcare operations experience.

✔️ Experience leading managers and multidisciplinary teams.

✔️ Experience managing budgets, labor utilization, productivity, and operational performance metrics.

✔️ Strong data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain upon hire.

✔️ Current CPR certification and CPI/equivalent training or ability to obtain.

✔️ Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between MIND 24-7 locations.
