• Engages with legal counsel to ensure compliance with real estate law.
• Develops a robust regional team through strategic recruitment and partnership with an external HR firm.
• Oversees the creation and oversight of training protocols to nurture team development.
• Fosters managers’ transformation into exceptional leaders through a tailored hard and soft skill development.
• Directs daily property management operations, ensures optimal performance of all team members through hands‑on coaching, educating, and mentoring.
• Cultivates a profound understanding of existing processes and procedures, emphasizes their adherence and importance within the organization.
• First seeks to understand and then proactively identifies and explores potential areas for process improvement, leveraging current team members’ expertise.

Required

• 5+ years of operations leadership experience (director level or above)
• 4-year college degree in Business Management, Economics, or other relevant degree
• Business acumen
• Financial acumen

• 10+ years of leadership experience (at any level)
