In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Develop and execute global operational strategies that align with business goals and support sustainable growth

  • Lead daily operations across multiple regions, ensuring consistent performance, efficiency, and operational excellence

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other process optimization frameworks

  • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities

  • Partner closely with leaders in Sales, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other functions to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives

  • 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a global or multi-regional role 

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, manufacturing and logistics.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead an influence cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (25–40%)

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this position
