We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team at Kenton Nursing & Rehab Center. As a Director of Business Development, you will play a crucial role in organizing and directing all publication, marketing efforts, local reputation, clinical capabilities, and public education for our healthcare services.

Job Description Summary:
As a Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for creating a fluid marketing action plan to promote our healthcare services to hospitals and healthcare providers and potential clients. This role will also involve conducting occasional on-site assessments of potential patients to help navigate their long-term care, tracking admission/discharge and rehospitalization data to understand diagnosis trends, and organizing and planning public events hosting up to 100+ people. In addition, the successful candidate will possess basic clinical knowledge of health and wellness and the navigation of geriatric healthcare services, as well as the ability to speak with doctors, specialists, and healthcare partners about senior care.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Create a fluid marketing action plan to promote our healthcare services to hospitals and healthcare providers and potential clients

  • Conduct occasional on-site assessments of potential patients to help navigate their long-term care

  • Track admission/discharge and rehospitalization data to understand diagnosis trends in the industry

  • Organize and plan public events hosting up to 100+ people

  • Have basic clinical knowledge of health and wellness and the navigation of geriatric healthcare services

  • Skills and confidence to speak with doctors, specialists, and healthcare partners about the navigation of senior care

Job Knowledge:

  • Must be organized and able to manage a full calendar of travel, appointments, and relationship building of key healthcare community contacts

  • Knowledgeable of technology such as telephone, computer, and tablet (telehealth) devices

Pay & Benefits:

  • $60,000 - $65,000 annually based on years of experience
