Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth for our facility. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and engage with our target audience. This role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for making a positive impact in the field of addiction recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services and increase admissions.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to identify target audiences and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  3. Manage digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  4. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
  5. Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts are effective and innovative.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
  8. Assist staff to create and manage outreach efforts at special events, convention shows, and other educational meetings, including informational booth, displays and other related materials
  9. Maintain up-to-date website information
  10. Attends classes, workshops, and meetings to keep up with current trends and opportunities in the addiction treatment industry.
  11. Represents facility in various professional organizations, and external or internal committees as assigned
  12. Assists with budget development for marketing and outreach programs
  13. Communicates effectively to diverse audiences and seeks creative and up-to-date methods for reaching all potential populations affected by addiction.
  14. Exhibits leadership, initiative, and creativity in execution of individual projects and building partnerships with team members, external contacts, and internal departments to support integrated public education and marketing communications efforts
  15. Displays an ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance and consistent ability to meet deadlines
  16. Professional appearance is required, as indicated by the various situations or events that include interaction with the public and with other personnel
  17. Ability to work some nights or weekends for special events and speaking engagements
  18. Drives to other facilities, meetings and special events as needed
  19. Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing/sales, and at least 2 years working in outpatient or residential substance abuse treatment field.
  3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  4. Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas.
  6. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
  7. Passion for the mission of our organization and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of individuals struggling with addiction.
