What you will do

As a Manufacturing Operations Analyst, you will own the measurement, tracking, and reporting systems behind the Canby plant's Operations Excellence and High-Performance Team (HPT) model. You will maintain operations excellence and HPT scorecards, analyze leading indicators, track certification and training metrics, and translate data into actionable insights for plant leadership. This is a handson, plantbased role that blends operational analytics with onfloor facilitation-without direct people management.

How you will do it

  • Track and trend Plant KPI leading indicators, job certification status, training completion, and HPT performance.
  • Prepare monthly analytical summaries highlighting trends, gaps, and recommendations for plant leadership.
  • Own development and maintenance of HPT scorecards and performance metrics.
  • Drive development of HPT action plans that align with plant objectives and measurable teamlevel KPIs.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all Operations Excellence and HPTrelated data.
  • Use data to enable continuous improvement of HPT maturity and ongoing effectiveness
  • Coordinate recognition using objective performance data.
  • Ensure team and leadership monthly result monthly results meetings occur and rive measurable outcomes.
