General Purpose of Job

The Director of Strategy Execution & Innovation leads SECO Energy's enterprise strategy delivery, ensuring strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes. This role oversees strategic planning & execution, portfolio execution, innovation, DERs and renewable initiatives, and data-driven performance management. Partnering with executive leadership, engineering, operations, IT, and financial teams, the Director drives alignment, execution discipline, and organizational readiness for change. The position also provides oversight of enterprise analytics and federally funded initiatives, ensuring programs deliver value, comply with requirements, and advance grid modernization, distributed energy integration, and long-term member value.
