In this role, you will serve as a trusted clinical expert and educator, helping our teams deliver exceptional care while ensuring accurate and compliant documentation.
You will:
  • Lead and support ICD-10 diagnosis coding accuracy across Vetter communities
  • Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for our electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Audit clinical documentation, coding workflows, and system utilization to ensure compliance and quality
  • Provide targeted education and coaching to improve documentation practices
  • Partner with operations, financial services, and billing teams to resolve coding-related concerns
  • Guide teams through system updates, regulatory changes, and evolving documentation standards
  • Drive process improvement initiatives that increase consistency, efficiency, and accountability
  • Build strong relationships across departments to support collaboration and success
