As we continue to grow nationally, we are seeking an experienced executive leader to oversee and elevate our Imaging Division.
Position Summary
The Sr Director of Imaging Services is responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial leadership of OSSP's enterprise-wide imaging services across all locations. This executive will oversee MRI, X-Ray,CT (where applicable), and future imaging service lines while driving operational excellence, quality, growth, compliance, and patient satisfaction.
This leader will partner closely with executive leadership, physicians, clinic operations, finance, business development, and IT to develop scalable imaging operations that support the organization's continued expansion.
The ideal candidate is an innovative healthcare executive who has successfully led multi-site imaging operations, built high-performing teams, improved financial performance, and implemented operational efficiencies in a rapidly growing healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
As Sr. Directort of Imaging Services, you will oversee all aspects of our imaging operations, including MRI, X-Ray, and future imaging service lines. You'll work closely with physicians, executive leadership, operations, and clinical teams to drive consistency, improve performance, and support continued expansion.
Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for Imaging Services across all locations.
  • Lead multi-site imaging operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and patient experience.
  • Drive operational improvements through standardized workflows, performance metrics, and best practices.
  • Oversee departmental budgets, capital planning, equipment investments, and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards.
  • Support new clinic openings, service line expansion, and imaging growth initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology and innovation to improve operations and patient care.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare executive with a proven ability to lead large, multi-site imaging operations while building strong teams and driving measurable results.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Radiologic Sciences, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive healthcare management experience, including leadership of imaging services.
  • Experience managing imaging operations across multiple locations in an outpatient, physician practice, or hospital setting.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, operational improvement, financial management, and organizational growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance, accreditation, quality initiatives, and imaging technology preferred.
