Director of GTM Systems
PandaDoc is looking for a Director of GTM Systems to architect and operate the technology foundation behind PandaDoc's go-to-market engine. In this role, you will drive the strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the systems that power our Marketing, Sales, and CX teams, enabling speed, scalability, and data-driven decision-making across the full customer lifecycle.
As a member of the RevOps leadership team, you'll lead a team of systems-minded operators and builders who think in workflows, data models, and leverage points. You'll translate business strategy into scalable technical architecture and own the roadmap that keeps PandaDoc's GTM infrastructure ahead of growth.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead a team of GTM systems engineers and admins to design, build, and maintain the tools and integrations that power Marketing, Sales, and CX
  • Own the GTM technology strategy and roadmap, evaluating, selecting, and retiring tools in partnership with business stakeholders
  • Partner with GTM leadership to translate operational needs into scalable system requirements and implementation plans
  • Drive large-scale systems initiatives including CRM architecture, workflow automation, and AI/ML tooling
  • Oversee integrations across the GTM stack to ensure clean data flows, system reliability, and a unified view of the customer
  • Manage change management and enablement for systems rollouts, ensuring adoption across teams and measurable business impact
  • Establish and maintain data governance standards that support reliable reporting, forecasting, and analytics
  • Serve as the authoritative technical voice on GTM systems for senior leadership, translating complexity into clear business tradeoffs

About you:
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in GTM systems, sales/marketing technology, or revenue engineering in high-velocity SaaS
  • Deep expertise across the GTM tech stack with CRM, marketing automation, customer success platforms, CPQ, data enrichment, and AI tools
  • Strong balance of technical depth and business acumen
  • Demonstrated people leadership in building, coaching, and developing high-performing technical teams
  • Systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity and can prioritize ruthlessly across a complex stakeholder landscape
  • Strong communicator with a track record of aligning engineering and business teams around shared outcomes
  • Required: Salesforce (architecture-level), HubSpot, LeanData, ChiliPiper, Gong Engage, data enrichment tools
  • Preferred: AI/ML frameworks, CPQ platforms

The annual OTE is up to $250.000.
