Our services range from addressing hearing loss, ringing in the ears, and balance issues to speech difficulties, language development, stuttering, and voice therapy.

Evergreen Speech & Hearing Clinic is seeking a dependable Front/Back Office Support team member for our Bellevue location. This full-time, on-site position provides back office support to the Front Office Coordinator and clinic team, and serves as front office lead when coverage is needed.

Key Responsibilities

· Support scheduling, patient communication, and daily clinic operations

· Prepare charts, manage paperwork, and assist with billing and retail tasks

· Greet patients and coordinate care when covering the front office

· Collaborate with audiology and speech staff to ensure seamless service

Qualifications
