Overview

Are you ready to take on an exciting leadership role with America’s leading window & door company? 

Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen is searching for a Director of Event Marketing.  In this role you are responsible for meeting or exceeding goals for leads booked, leads issued, revenue, cost of marketing, cost per lead issued, set rate, and hours per demo within budget and policy guidelines. The Director of Event Marketing will educate, stimulate, and guide teammate activity, behavior and results. They will also ensure that all teammates provide world-class service. 

Average annual earnings range from $60,000-$80,000, including base pay and performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth and expansion of events and home shows, including researching, securing, and maintaining event partnerships.
  • Lead the growth and expansion of retail marketing by identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with retail partners.
  • Oversee the development and execution of the RSVP Event Marketing Program, including identifying event opportunities, building relationships with HOA and community organizations, and driving program growth.
  • Staff all RSVP Events including presenter and event teammates.
  • Actively recruit and refer potential new hire candidates.
  • Lead new hire classes and ongoing training sessions with team.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with mid-level management and any in office teammates.
  • Create monthly and yearly goals and plans for number of events, home shows, rsvp events, retail locations, leads booked, leads issued, Hours per demo (HPD), set rate, etc.
  • Analyze performance reports to evaluate teammate, event, retail, and RSVP location performance, identify trends, and develop coaching and training opportunities.
  • Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and accountability for teammates and mid-level management to drive results.
  • Conduct regular site visits to evaluate performance, provide feedback, ensure adherence to processes and standards, model best practices, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a management/leadership role required.
  • Excellent team relations.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and ability to manage a large team.
  • Knowledgeable with a tactful and diplomatic approach to tasks at hand.
  • Must be able to organize & prioritize responsibilities.
  • Ability to adapt well and accept or give feedback in a changing environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must be willing to travel to applicable retail locations as well as multiple office locations.
