Glens Falls Center is hiring a Director of Nursing (DON) in Glens Falls, NY.

Location of the facility is: 152 Sherman Ave, Queensbury, NY 12804, USA

Duties:

  • Supervise all nursing staff throughout the facility.

  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.

  • Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and retention of nursing staff.

  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels and support ongoing staff development.

  • Oversee nursing staff performance and conduct.

  • Remain informed of incidents and clinical issues within the facility.

  • Assess and oversee the healthcare needs of each resident.

Requirements:

  • Current New York State RN license.

  • Minimum of 5 years of long-term care experience.
