Position Overview

The Director of Product is responsible for leading product strategy, development, and execution from concept through launch and ongoing optimization. This role serves as the central owner of the product roadmap, translating business objectives and customer needs into clear requirements and deliverable solutions.

This is a full-time, in-person leadership role based in Lake Orion, Michigan, working closely with engineering, design, operations, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation and planning through execution and release
  • Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and priorities
