As the only free-standing psychiatric hospital in the Central Kentucky area, we are here to help. Please join our team as we expand our services to meet the needs of our community.
The Ridge Behavioral Health System is a 110-bed hospital located in the heart of the Bluegrass, Lexington, KY. The Ridge provides psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. The Ridge offers Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient Programs, Individual Counseling, as well as Medication Management for all ages. We have provided behavioral health services to over 92 Kentucky counties for more than 39 years.
Job Duties include:
  • Lead, manage, and supervise the Business Development Team to ensure they maintain existing referral source relationships, develop new marketing opportunities in the facility's service area, and maintains a minimum number of contacts per week.
  • Ensure the team maintains communication with referral sources networks with clinical staff members as needed to obtain information regarding the general progress of patients to provide feedback to referral sources.
  • Contributes to the organization's success by effectively marketing both the hospital and alternative services.

Education:
  • Business , or other related field . Master of Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum Associate Degree with 5 years mental health experience required .
Certifications/Licensure:
  • None
Experience:
  • Three to five years of experience in organizational communications, referral development, workshop planning, sales management, and physician relationships required .
  • Five to eight years of experience in organizational communications, referral development, workshop planning, sales management, and physician relationships preferred.
Other Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
