The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking an energetic, experienced, and motivated Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as our Director of Nursing (DON). This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate healthcare leader who is committed to clinical excellence, staff development, and providing exceptional care to our residents.

As the Director of Nursing, you will work closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to lead the nursing department, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive positive clinical outcomes while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department.
  • Maintain standards of care in accordance with facility policies, federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff to promote excellence in resident care.
  • Recruit, retain, and support top nursing talent.
  • Ensure quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives are implemented and maintained.
  • Collaborate with the Administrator and leadership team to achieve facility goals.

Qualifications:
