Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all design-build operations for commercial and industrial projects

  • Partner with clients to evaluate needs and develop tailored design-build solutions

  • Direct budgeting, estimating, design coordination, and project planning

  • Oversee development of plans, specifications, and pricing documents

  • Coordinate internal teams with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors

  • Build and refine reporting systems to track project progress, timelines, and performance

  • Identify and implement process improvements, software, and systems to improve efficiency

  • Support site selection and early feasibility analysis

  • Strengthen long-term client, community, and industry relationships

  • Represent the company in client meetings and professional settings

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial general contracting experience with design-build leadership responsibility

  • Deep knowledge of design-build delivery methods and construction operations

  • Experience with VDC, CAD, and modern construction technology tools

  • Strong understanding of site selection and early project planning

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement
