About This Role The Director of Creative leads the vision, performance, and growth of Click Rain's creative department. This role provides strategic leadership across all core creative disciplines, ensuring work is conceptually strong, effectively executed, and aligned with company and client goals. The person in this role works closely with the leadership team to shape the creative discipline at Click Rain — strengthening processes, developing talent, and ensuring our work continues to meet and exceed the needs of a fast-moving digital landscape. This role is ideal for a proven creative leader who can inspire teams, earn client trust, and turn strong strategy into compelling ideas across websites, campaigns, and digital channels. We welcome candidates from a variety of creative backgrounds, including design, writing, strategy, or campaign leadership.
