Job description

Job Summary:
Thirdlove is an innovative design-led brand that aims to provide women with a better option in the bra industry. The Sr. Manager of Creative Operations will create structure and scalable processes for creative production, ensuring effective decision-making and collaboration within the team while managing major creative projects and budgets.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the seamless flow of our in-house creative organization ensuring effective decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and a positive team experience.
• Facilitate the management of all major creative projects, determining critical timelines and key milestones in the creative development process, including budget, talent, and schedule etc.
• Develop and maintain key relationships with internal & external partners and stakeholders, driving a culture of collaboration.
• Act as the liaison between production, marketing, merchandising, product and creative.
• Maintain annual GTM and seasonal shoot calendars, overseeing and aligning production and post-production timelines with merchandising and marketing schedules.
• Assist in the management of financial operations by forecasting creative operations budget; negotiating statements of work, ensuring work is delivered on budget, and invoicing clients.
• Manage improvements and efficiencies to creative marketing tools, documentation and processes, including exploration and implementation of AI opportunities.
• Partner with the VP/Creative Director to continuously evolve our organization in line with our strategy, assessing in-sourcing vs. outsourcing options, elevating our hiring, on-boarding and on-going training processes.
• Responsible for 3 direct reports and oversight of agencies and production teams.

Required:
• Strong understanding and passion for systems and tools behind the product life cycle
• Desire to manage change by building capabilities through people, process and tools
• Strong desire to master AI and infiltrate through organization
