  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA a plus
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including experience owning a marketing function or leading a team, ideally in sports, fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience managing or mentoring a team
  • Proven experience with customer lifecycle marketing (CLM), including email, SMS, and CRM driven retention campaigns
  • Track record of planning and executing multichannel marketing campaigns that drive measurable funnel and revenue results
  • Experience building and managing creator, influencer, or athlete partnership programs
  • Strong grasp of digital funnel performance and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM/marketing automation platforms), with the ability to translate data into strategy
