  • You are responsible for nursing clinical administration and supervision
  • You will work in collaboration with the Medical Director and Program Director on fiscal management, creating and developing clinically sound, consumer-oriented services responsive to community need
  • You will actively work with senior management and program staff to provide: policies, procedures, training, budget management and interventions
  • Your contributions will promote sound management, high quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement and long-term fiscal solvency of the programs
  • You are responsible for scheduling, orientation, problem solving, communication, staff education and evaluations
  • You will assume delegated responsibilities in the absence of other senior managers
