Requirements:
Educational Requirements: Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant: graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program, Masters/Doctoral degree preferred. Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant CT license, current certification, Federal DEA license required.
3 + years of experience as an Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner APRN, Proficiency with EPIC EMR, demonstrating ability to positively interact with medical/nursing and multidisciplinary teams, experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and quality improvement projects, familiarity and interest in using data analytics and reporting tools (Tableau) to improve patient care.
