Position: Director of Clinical Services

Location: Las Vegas, NV – Onsite (This role is not eligible for Remote or Hybrid)

Starting Salary Range: $110,000

The starting salary range for this role is a reasonable estimate, with a goal to pay a competitive market salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education and certification, skills, and internal pay equity.

The Director of Clinical Services supports the Vice President of Clinical Operations in overseeing the day-to-day management and performance of a multidisciplinary clinical delivery system. This role provides operational and clinical leadership across outpatient therapy services, embedded care coordination, and utilization management functions.

• A master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related clinical field is required.
• State licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., Doctor of Psychology (PHD, PsyD), Licenced Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• Significant experience leading clinical operations is required, with demonstrated success managing teams, workflows, compliance standards, and patient care delivery.
• Additional certifications in crisis intervention, drug and alcohol counseling, or traumainformed care are advantageous.
What you’ll do:
• Support the Vice President of Clinical Operations in directing the daily operations of a multiteam clinical delivery system, including outpatient therapy, embedded care coordination, and utilization management services.
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, mentorship, and performance management to a team of outpatient therapists.
• Collaborate with care coordinators and clinical staff to support effective discharge planning, care transitions, and continuity of care for members.
• Partner closely with utilization management, care coordination, network, and other clinical departments to ensure seamless coordination of services and positive member outcomes.
• Participate in quality management activities, performance improvement initiatives, and organizational projects aimed at enhancing clinical effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Oversee and support internal and external auditing activities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and documentation expectations.
• Analyze operational and clinical performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of workflows, policies, procedures, and processes that support quality care delivery and operational excellence.
• Support clinical staff in addressing complex member needs and removing operational barriers that impact care delivery.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and operational priorities aligned with organizational goals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and membercentered care throughout the clinical organization.

What will make you stand out:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical management or a related leadership role, with at least 2 years in managerial capacity.
• Strong background in healthcare operations, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience providing clinical supervision, supporting care coordination activities, and managing quality improvement initiatives.
• Significant experience in behavioral health or healthcare clinical operations, including leadership responsibility for multidisciplinary clinical teams.
