Director of Nursing Services

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing Services to join our team at Envive Healthcare of Berne. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department and ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care. Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership to the nursing department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and Envive Healthcare of Berne's policies and procedures

  • Develop and implement effective nursing practices, policies, and procedures to ensure high-quality resident care

  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among nursing staff

  • Oversee the management of nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
