Director of Client HR Services (McKinney, TX)
Company Overview
DFW area employer that serves as a highly innovative program administrator that develops, implements and manages human capital risk management programs for Tribal, Nonprofit and Governmental employers.
Description  
The Director of Client HR Services is responsible for the oversight and delivery of company’s human capital risk management programs to its national client base.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement – Interfacing directly with company’s clients, leading the onboarding and ongoing administration of client risk management programs.
  • Operations Management - Oversee Claims Administration, Audit and Reporting and ongoing administration of required systems and tools
  • Staff Supervision – Provide ongoing leadership to internal administrative team 
Skills Abilities
  • 5+ years of direct Human Resources experience or equivalent
  • Demonstrated success with Employee Relations, Client Relations, Risk Management, Claims Administration and Unemployment preferred
Experience and Education
  • Bachelor’s degree, Master preferred
