Overview
Please note: This is a remote position supporting the Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Nevada territory. Applicants must reside in one of these states.
The Channel Partnerships Director is responsible for supporting sales leaders and sales teams within a specific region to help drive bookings through partner relationships. They will leverage cross functional resources such as sales learning and development, marketing, and product to help coordinate market specific initiatives. In addition they will develop and manage assigned partner relationships and will play a key role in strategic planning related to long term channel partner strategy.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to determine field alignment for COI channel partners.
  • Coach and mentor sales leaders and sellers to drive COI referrals and grow bookings; this includes in-market visits, training, field rides and subject matter support on the Paycor COI value proposition.
  • Collaborate with learning and development team to create and deliver training for sales leaders and sellers, enabling them to drive success with partners.
  • Coordinate with COI Marketing to align various marketing campaigns, strategies and costs to support applicable regions.
  • Develop and manage new assigned COI partner relationships.
  • Function as the Paycor point of contact with C-level executives of assigned broker and technology partners.
  • Set and track annual bookings and activity goals with Paycor leadership and partner leadership.
  • Responsible for channel bookings and activity goals for assigned region

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business-related field of study preferred (Marketing, Accounting, Finance, etc.) - Required
  • Master's Degree in MBA - Preferred
  • 6 years of experience in business development/relationship management.
  • Prior experience in program management.
  • Prior experience in broker/financial services/brand marketing.
  • Travel - Up to 50%

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $120,000-$150,000 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
