CWF Restoration is a leading force in the restoration industry, and we’re looking for a seasoned business development leader to own and grow our B2B referral partnerships. Your focus: plumbing companies, mechanical contractors, and other high-value sources. Despite the executive-sounding title, this role is hands-on — you’ll be in the trenches, building relationships and driving results every day.


Your Mission
Take charge of a portfolio of 450+ potential referral partners. You’ll build the systems, own your territory, and generate inbound restoration leads by being visible, trusted, and everywhere that matters — spending four days a week on the road building relationships and closing accounts.


Compensation

  • Base Salary: $90K–$110K
  • Uncapped Commission
  • OTE: $200K–$300K+ for top performers
