We're seeking a seasoned, compassionate, clinically strong, and customer service focused Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department and ensure the highest standards of resident care. If you're a licensed RN with leadership experience and a passion for long-term care, we'd love to hear from you!
Job Duties:
  • Supervise and manage all aspects of the nursing department
  • Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and care standards
  • Assess resident needs and oversee individualized care plans
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Conduct rounds, evaluate care, and initiate corrective actions
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, and performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and administration

  • Lead educational programs and staff development initiatives

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN license (BSN preferred)
