Job description


The Executive Director of Advising leads and coordinates the district's student post-secondary support and functions, including college advising, supporting students in CTE pathways with post-secondary planning, and developing higher education partnerships. This senior leadership position requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Executive Director will utilize data to align resources with district CCMR accountability and continuously collaborate with stakeholders, including district leadership, principals, teachers, and support staff, to enhance student outcomes and support the mission of HISD.
