Familiarity with data management systems, accreditation tools, and national certification such as NE-BC or CENP is commonly required. Strong leadership, project management, and effective communication skills are critical for coordinating interdisciplinary teams and championing nursing excellence. These capabilities are vital to successfully leading Magnet designation efforts, fostering a culture of quality, and maintaining rigorous standards of nursing practice within an organization.
