Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is seeking a Principal/Director Mining Engineer to join our Perth team. You will provide open pit technical leadership for studies from concept to feasibility, manage Ore Reserve reporting under JORC/Ni 43-101, and lead multi-disciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities include business development, client relationship management, and quality assurance of technical reports, with a focus on safety and project delivery in a global context.
