Job description

Design the Future of Energy Infrastructure

We are actively hiring multiple Midstream Oil & Gas Designers to join our team, due to continued growth and an expanding portfolio of midstream oil & gas projects. You'll play a key role in delivering critical pipeline, gathering, transmission, and facility projects across the United States. We are seeking experienced designers with expertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, pipeline design, and energy infrastructure. Colorado Springs, CO, and Rio Rancho, NM candidates are preferred; however, exceptional remote candidates with strong midstream experience will be considered.

What You'll Do

  • Develop detailed 2D and 3D AutoCAD/Civil 3D drawings
  • Create construction and design packages for:
  • Gathering Systems
  • Transmission Pipelines
  • Compressor Stations
  • Meter & Regulator Stations
  • Oil, Gas, and Water Infrastructure
  • Prepare plan & profile drawings, alignments, and site layouts
  • Collaborate with engineers and project teams to deliver projects on schedule
  • Perform QA/QC reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain CAD standards and project documentation


Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Midstream Oil & Gas design experience
  • Advanced proficiency in:
  • AutoCAD
  • Civil 3D
  • Pipeline Design & Drafting
  • Engineering Drawing Production
  • Experience supporting gathering, transmission, and facility projects
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
