OKTA Engineer - Technical LeadIntroduction:
We are seeking a skilled OKTA Engineer - Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT with a focus on security, identity, or enterprise architecture. In this role, you will be responsible for leading technical initiatives related to OKTA, Multi Factor Authorization, and IAM.
Responsibilities:- Lead technical projects related to OKTA implementation and maintenance
- Design and implement Multi Factor Authorization solutions
- Provide technical expertise on IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, and Ping
- Ensure delivery timelines are met and maintain high quality standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with technical solutions
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in security and identity management
Required Skills:
- 12+ years in IT with focus on security, identity, or enterprise architecture
- Strong experience with IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping)
- Okta certificate is required
- Strong accountability for outcomes, including delivery timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction
