What You’ll Do

This role combines instruction with sales & marketing support.

Instruction & Student Experience

  • Deliver instruction using the Mathnasium Method (in-center and online)
  • Build strong math foundations and problem-solving skills
  • Manage student flow and create a positive, focused environment
  • Use digital tools (tablet/stylus) for instruction (requires multi-tasking)
Parent & Community Engagement (We Train You!)
  • Represent Mathnasium at local events, schools, and community partnerships to actively generate engage the community.
  • Build relationships with current families by providing clear, consistent progress updates that reinforce value and retention
  • Help plan for in-center events, take pictures, and announce Student of the Month.
  • Participate in and promote in-center events, creating an exciting, high-energy experience that families want to return to and share with others
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with a supportive, high-energy team
  • Contribute to center operations and student success

Qualifications
  • Strong math skills (up to Algebra)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Availability at least 3 days per week
  • Coachable, reliable, and eager to grow
  • Comfortable working with students and families
  • Willingness to learn marketing and outreach (no experience required)
Interview Process
  • Phone interview (15–30 minutes)
  • Math assessment (up to Algebra) (1.5 hours)
  • Trial instruction session (1.5 hours)
  • In-person interview (60 minutes)
