Join Our Team - Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Harrison, AR!

Boston Mountain Rural Health Center (BMRHC) is seeking a full-time RN or LPN to join our dedicated clinical team at our clinic in Harrison! This is your chance to provide quality care, support patients, and be a vital part of a healthcare team that truly cares.

As a Nurse at BMRHC, you'll work alongside our healthcare providers to deliver primary care services, direct patient care, andperforming specifically designated independent procedures as outlined by the nursing scope of practice by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing. Every day, you'll help improve the health, well-being, and quality of life of patients in our community!


Key Responsibilities:
Assist healthcare providers with patient care and clinical procedures
Provide limited direct patient services, including assessments and interventions
Perform independent procedures as allowed under Arkansas nursing scope of practice
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth, efficient, and compassionate care


Our Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM - 11:45 AM
Some travel is required for this position.


Qualifications:
Current RN or LPN license in the State of Arkansas
Current CPR certification
Previous nursing experience preferred
Compassion, attention to detail, and excellent patient care skills
