Registered Nurse (RN) - Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation
Location: Covenant Skilled Nursing & Rehab at Wellspring, Saginaw, MI
Position Type: Full-Time, Day Shift | Part-Time, Night Shift
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000

What You'll Do
Deliver Exceptional Resident-Centered Care
You'll provide direct nursing care that promotes each resident's physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being. Through ongoing assessments and observation, you'll monitor resident conditions, identify changes, and ensure timely interventions that support positive outcomes.
Coordinate and Communicate Clinical Needs
As an important member of the interdisciplinary care team, you'll communicate effectively with physicians, nursing leadership, therapists, residents, and family members. You'll ensure that care plans are followed, concerns are addressed promptly, and critical updates are shared appropriately to support continuity of care.
Lead and Support Your Team
You'll serve as a clinical leader on the unit by guiding and supporting nursing assistants and other care team members. By promoting teamwork, accountability, and a resident-focused approach, you'll help maintain a positive environment where both staff and residents can thrive.
Maintain Accurate Documentation and Compliance
You'll complete thorough clinical documentation, medication administration records, and assessments while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Your commitment to quality and accuracy helps support resident safety and organizational excellence.
Promote Safety and Quality Care
You'll play an active role in infection prevention, fall reduction efforts, medication management, and other quality initiatives. By following established policies and best practices, you'll help create a safe and supportive environment for residents, families, and team members alike.
What You Bring
Qualifications
  • Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license, required
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
  • Two years of nursing experience preferred
  • Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, home health, hospice, medical-surgical, or critical care settings is preferred

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who brings empathy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for serving older adults.
Schedule & Compensation
Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift | Part-Time, Night Shift
Schedule: Days 6:00 am - 6:00 pm | Nights 6:00pm - 6:00am
  • Self-scheduling weekdays
  • Three shifts per week
  • Every third weekend rotation
  • Every third holiday rotation

Pay Range: $37.40 - $40.65 per hour (based on licensure length) - wage pass through included
Additional Compensation:
