Responsibilities
At Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, we provide compassionate, high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. We're seeking a Registered Nurse RN to join our dedicated team as an Administrator / Director of Operations.
In this key leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality care at our home health and hospice branches in Montana: Bozeman, Butte, Helena and Kalispell.
Qualifications
  • RN Registered Nurse is required in the state of operation.
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the federal, state and local laws and regulatory guidelines that govern the operation of both home care and hospice agencies.
  • Previous experience in home health and hospice programs is required.
  • Must have demonstrated experience in health service administration with at least one year in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
  • Must not have been employed in the last year as an administrator with another operation at the time any enforcement action was taken against the business; further described in the company compliance policies.
  • Must have intermediate demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Requirements
  • RN Registered Nurse is required in the state of operation.
  • Must possess a valid state driver license
  • Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
  • Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
  • Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
